Verdict: We haven't reviewed PostHog yet, and we don't have enough cited builder feedback to say who should choose it or what its main trade-off is. What we can confirm is what it does (product analytics, session replay & feature flags) and its starting price (Free every month (1M analytics events, 5K recordings); then pay-as-you-go), from the official site. Until we have sources, compare it with the community-verified tools in the same category before committing, and check the official pricing page for current terms.
