No-code vs developer SaaS stack

Last checked Oct 2026

In short: Both stacks start at $0/mo on free plans. The difference is the builder: the no-code stack uses Lovable (first paid plan $25/mo), the developer stack uses Cursor (Plus from $8/mo). Everything else, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, PostHog and Vercel, is the same. Prices from official pricing pages, checked Oct 21, 2026.

Based on our SaaS stack. We tried Lovable hands-on; Cursor is community-verified.
